Delivery

Delivery terms are agreed upon for each order individually. Please note:

• Delivery is available within Turkey
• Delivery fees depend on location and order size
• We require accurate delivery address and contact information
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the specified time
• Perishable items must be stored properly upon receipt

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the agreed delivery date may receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery may not be eligible for refund as production will have begun
• If we cannot fulfill an order, you will receive a full refund
• Quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
